The “Friends of Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool” will benefit from a Bombay Lounge curry night for our charity on Monday 23rd June Enjoy a great night out and help boost our income The Bombay Lounge restaurant and Swindon Link magazine are working together to offer community groups and charities the chance to raise money whilst enjoying a tasty curry. Profits on a Monday evening will be donated to us. Call The Bombay Lounge on 887799 and book a table for yourself, family and friends. The more supporters who go along on the night the more money will be donated to our group. Come along have an enjoyable evening with great food and help the pool at the same time. The annual Christmas Bazaar takes place this year on Saturday 24th November at St Barnabus Church Hall Gorsehill. Doors open 10-00am, the event closes at Noon. The Bazaar will be opened by the Worshipful Mayor of Swindon Cllr Michael Barnes. There will be the ever popular Christmas Tree, with its delightfully wrapped mystery presents, Cake Stall, DVDs, Video's & CDs. White Elephant, Cake Stall, Tombola and many others. Refreshments will be available along with a raffle for a lovely Christmas Hamper.
